Spiral Heart Yoga Teachers
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
We are a group of teachers extending and continuing the loving community of Spiral Path Yoga Center. We have gathered together to bring a heart-filled approach to yoga and we invite you to join us. Every Friday evening we offer a community class where all are supported to explore the gentle practices of restorative yoga, gentle flow, yin yoga and meditation. Welcome!
